SHIPPING & RETURNS

Processing of Open Edition Canvas 

  • Each piece is individually handcrafted in the USA, custom made, and shipped directly to you.
  • They are ready to display with backing, hanging hardware, and corner bumpers.

Processing, Packaging, and Handling of Limited Edition Prints

  • Each limited edition print is hand-signed and numbered, and comes with a certificate of authenticity. Once a limited edition has sold out, it will no longer be available and will not be printed again.

  • Prints are rolled up carefully in an acid-free tissue paper and shipped in a postage tube.

Shipping of Canvas & Limited Edition Prints

  • All shipping is free in the United States.

  • Orders within the United States have tracking included and will ship within 1-5 business days.

  • International orders come with a customs number that is trackable up until it leaves the United States.

Delivery

  • Please allow up to 5 business days for the purchases to be processed and prints to be prepared, packaged, and shipped out. (Public Holidays and Holiday Seasons may incur further delays)

  • Delivery times are subject to your location but are generally between 5-10 business days for arrival. (In some situations, a package can take up to four weeks to arrive)

Returns and Refunds

Please contact me directly if:

  • The prints or canvas have arrived damaged or unsatisfactory.

  • The package has not arrived after 4 weeks.

  • You are unhappy with your purchase and seek a refund. Full refunds may be processed, but only once the item is shipped back and received. Cost of return shipping is at the buyer's expense.

If your package arrived, was not picked up and was returned back to me, I am more than happy to send the package back to you again, however the cost of shipping the package again must be paid and is at the buyer’s expense.
